GSI was contracted by IBF International Consulting as a short term international for a short term mission as a workshop Coordinator to coordinate an inception workshop for the Regional Food Security and Common Market Policy of East African Community study.

Consulting was contracted to carry out this study by EC’s Joint Research Centre
(JRC) financed by the European Commission. GSI was involved in hotel
identification, workshop coordination including all workshop logistical
arrangements and paying per diems to participants on behalf of our client (IBF
International Consulting). The workshop attracted participants from all the
countries of the East African Region (Tanzania, Kenya, Burundi, Rwanda and
Uganda).
